Our answer to the first one is probably “Yes”. The second answer is “Yes” as long as you are in our service area, or have a geothermal heat pump or hydronic system and can not find anyone else nearer to you. The third answer is “Probably”. The answer to the last question is “it depends“.

We have a diagnostic fee, based on the type of equipment and how far away you are. However, we will not be able to tell you how much any additional fees will be until we make a thorough diagnostic investigation of your equipment. Our technicians are highly skilled and can give an accurate assessment and provide a complete rundown of your repair and or replacement options. We will then give you an upfront repair or replacement fee so you will know how much it will cost before we begin any work on your system.

In most cases if you have a “no heat” or “no cool” we can be at your home the same day if you call before noon. If you call in the afternoon, we will most likely schedule you for the next day. During busy seasons, our service plan members and repeat customers get priority scheduling. We also offer after hours and weekend service with slightly higher fees and 24/7 emergency service if needed.
