During the heating season a well-designed, installed and operating heating system is critical to maintaining a safe, healthy and comfortable home or business. We specialize in hydronics, (AKA, wet heat,) including radiant floor heating and boiler systems. Although we like doing radiant floor heating systems we also offer a broad range of companion services including geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, gas boilers, furnaces, fireplaces, fuel oil furnace and boiler installations.

AIR CONDITIONING

Seems like summers in the South Puget Sound are getting hotter every year but that does not mean you need to be uncomfortable in your home. Having a good quality professionally installed air conditioning system will help keep you cool and comfortable all day and all night long. We offer energy-star qualified standard and mini-split air conditioning systems that provide quiet, reliable and efficient summertime comfort with low operating cost.

SOLAR HOT WATER

Did you know that solar hot water panels are 3 to 4 times more efficient per square foot than a solar power panel. The average home requires only 64 square feet of collector to supply 50 to 70% of its hot water heating needs. The average solar power system would need to be 4 to 5 times larger to produce the same energy savings. It just makes sense, if you are thinking of going solar, think solar hot water first.
